NHS & Social Services Funding
Clinical Commissioning Groups
Most of the individuals we work with access Continuing Healthcare Funding to meet the cost of their care. This is administered through Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs) which are organised geographically throughout the country to administer various types of NHS funding. This includes for delivery of homecare for complex healthcare needs such as those deriving from spinal injuries, conditions, Acquired Brain Injuries and other neurological illnesses or conditions.
We work closely with CCGs and the families of our service users through a process which begins with a free assessment and leads to the recruitment and mobilisation of the appropriate care team for each individual. In delivering the agreed care, we work continuously with CCGs and the families of service users to ensure the desired outcomes, both in terms of the quality and amount of care required.

Personal Health Budgets (PHBs)
PHBs are a type of NHS funding designed to provide greater choice and control over the health and wellbeing support provided to individuals with long-term conditions and disabilities. PHBs are planned and agreed between service users and their local NHS team. If you or a family member suffer with long term conditions and disabilities, you may qualify for a PHB.

Council funding for Healthcare and Disability Homecare Support
Some individuals access funding through Social Services administered by local councils. The funding process is similar to obtaining PHBs. We work with Social Services Case Managers and the families of service users to tailor health care plans for each.
